First Post

This blog is here for me to put up my research and development for the promotional project that I am working on for the Hunterian Museum (in the Royal College of Surgeons in London). So far I have contacted the museum in regards to the project to see if I can get any input in regards to what they would like to see but they are very busy people and we've been unable to arrange a meeting yet.

In this first post I'm just going to update you as to whats been going on so far.

I've been working towards creating a series of 5 to 6 second long indents designed to promote the Hunterian Museum. The shorts would me made to be distributed "virally" on sites like youtube, facebook and myspace (as well as other popular social networking sites). They would be aimed mostly towards web savvy young people but essentially towards everybody on the internet.

Over the next couple of days I'm going to be posting some of the material I've been researching for inspiration as well as the development work that I've been producing so far.

In the mean time, I'll leave you this scan from earlier today. It's taken from Albertus Seba's "Cabinet of Natural Curiosities".
